If you’re being honest… things feel different, your body doesn’t quite feel like yours yet. Your core feels a little weaker and you’re tired, mentally and physically.

Somewhere between feeds, naps and everything else…you’re wondering how you actually get back to feeling strong again, in a way back that feels right for you, during this special new phase in your life.

Our strong after baby postnatal sessions are designed to help new mums rebuild confidence, strength and movement safely after birth. Whether you’re a few weeks or several months postpartum, these sessions support you in returning to exercise at the right pace for your body.

All delivered at ChickBox, Eastbourne, a calm, friendly and judgement free space where you can safely move, recover and connect with other like-minded mums.

Because when you feel strong, supported and well, it creates a calmer, happier environment for both you and your baby.

Who is this for…

Post Natal Membership

Our Strong After Baby membership is led by our pre and post natal specialist coach, Leeanne. After years of working in early years childcare, she understands; the physical recovery your body needs and the reality of life with a baby.

Your membership gives you:
  • 1:1 consultation & screening before you start
  • x8 in person coached sessions per month
  • Home pelvic floor & core programme
  • Ongoing coaching, education & guidance
  • Nutrition Guide (simple & realistic)
  • Regular coach check-ins for support & accountability
What to expect in each session:
  • Check-in and guided breathing
  • Pelvic floor and deep core activation
  • Gentle mobility and posture work
  • Low-impact strength training
  • Safe core exercises for postnatal recovery
  • Safe space for babies, breaks, feeds
  • Gentle progression to rebuild full-body strength/stability

Our goal is to help you move well and feel stronger week by week — without pressure.

Investment – £127 per month*

Includes access to up to 8 postnatal sessions per month

Sessions take place on Tuesday & Thursday at 11:00am each week.

When you’re ready, you can naturally continue your journey within our community, progressing into our regular Small Group PT sessions at the right time for you (over 40 classes available each week)

*Rolling monthly contract, cancel at any time.

Spaces are limited to ensure high-quality coaching and support for every mum.

This is more than exercise, our female coaches specialise in women’s fitness and postnatal training, and as mums themselves, they truly understand what your body has been through and what it needs to feel supported, safe and strong again.

Our postnatal membership provides expert, supportive coaching to gently rebuild strength, restore core and pelvic floor function, and help you move at a pace that feels right for you in a welcoming environment.
