Each month we open up just 15 spots on our 21 Day Challenge, your chance to experience our results proven personal training system, designed exclusively for women.

No long term contract, just 21 days to work on your fitness & health goals and experience life as a Chick member!

Your questions, answered

When are the sessions?

We offer a wide schedule of sessions, every Monday to Friday, times ranging from 6am up to 7:30pm, plus on Saturday morning from 7am. A selection of LIVE Zoom sessions are available, if you can’t make it to the gym. Pick the sessions that work for you each week.

How much is it?

The Challenge is £109 – this includes a 1:1 coach consultation at the start, so we can get to know you and guide you on your 21-Day training plan.

Full movement screening using cutting edge body composition technology, dedicated coaching via our small group personal training sessions, nutrition resources and a welcoming introduction to our supportive all-female community.

Where is your gym?

We’re located on the outskirts of Eastbourne Town Centre, above Phoenix Boxing Gym. Our address is 142 Langley Road, Eastbourne, BN22 8AQ.

When does it start?

Once you’ve completed payment and attended your consultation with a coach, you can start the program right away. The consultations always take place on the 3rd week of the month.

What If I miss a fews days?

Not every day needs to be a training day.

We believe in a balanced and sustainable approach to training. Our rest and recovery days are just as important as our training days.

If you sign up to the challenge and know that you will be unavailable for a portion of the 21 days, let us know, and we may be able to extend it for you – so you can still get the most out of your experience.


Do I need to be fit already?

We love that you are ready to kick-start your fitness and we also love coaching women from the ground up.

You might have avoided sports at school or are coming to fitness later in life? We believe that fitness is for all and it’s our mission to create spaces, where all women can thrive at any stage of life.

Your fitness goals and why is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.  We’ll coach you to get fitter and stronger over the course of the 21 days.

Do I need to be strong to start?

No Chick. At ChickBox, it’s not just about getting physically stronger; mental strength is just as crucial.

It’s about tapping into the strength to tackle new challenges, showing up on the days when life feels tough, refusing to give up, and ultimately getting to know your body better inside and out.

You are always stronger than you think and together, we will help you grow and thrive.

What if I am a complete beginner?

No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.

What happens at the end of the 21 Days?

You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that ChickBox isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go.
