This group programme offers a blend of personalised small group training and 1:1 coaching, delivered by our all-female coaching team – specialists in women’s fitness and health.
We believe in making things that little bit easier when life gets in the way.
We are incredibly flexible, offering over 40 classes per week.
If you can’t get to the gym – train on Zoom. Or if you have the little ones, bring them to class, and they can chill in our exclusive kids corner whilst you train.
Going it alone can be tough, but now you have the chance to join a community of like-minded women committed to this journey too.

The next Accelerator programme starts on 17th February 2024 for 6 weeks. Once you’ve completed payment and attended the intro session you will get started on the program right away.
We’re located on the outskirts of Eastbourne Town Centre, above Phoenix Boxing Gym. Our address is 142 Langley Road, Eastbourne, BN22 8AQ.
We offer a wide schedule of sessions, every Monday to Friday, times ranging from 6am up to 7:30pm, plus on Saturday morning from 7am. A selection of LIVE Zoom sessions are available, if you can’t make it to the gym. Pick the sessions that work for you each week.
The Accelerator is £499 for non members – this includes an intro session, full movement screening using cutting edge body composition technology, dedicated coaching, weekly large group and small personal training sessions, nutrition coaching, supportive community and accountability to keep you motivated.
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Your fitness goals are unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you and your goals. We’ll coach you to get fitter and stronger – stay committed and each week your feel the change in your strength, fitness and energy levels.
No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.
