Our Philosophy​

We believe women deserve more than just a workout. At ChickBox, we blend science, compassion, and community to create a flexible, non-intimidating space where women feel supported, nourished, and empowered to build strength that lasts a lifetime.

A place for you to thrive, at any stage of life. We are here to support and encourage you with programmed strength training, nutrition coaching and wellness.

We’re more than a gym, our framework of services are focused around small group personal training, bespoke fitness programmes and nutrition coaching for women. 

Training alone can easily become just another chore. Move with us and become part of an uplifting and supportive community of like-minded ‘Chicks’. Alongside our sessions, we join together for fun fitness, lifestyle and events.

Kickstart your fitness and feel fitter, stronger and healthier in just 6 weeks. Your chance to experience life as a Chick member.

Our 6-Week Foundation Programme is the perfect way to master the fundamentals and build a fitness lifestyle that lasts. With in-person personal training (designed for women) and full support, we’ll help you work towards your goals whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, toning up, or simply feeling more energised.

All the benefits of 1:1 personal training, with the added motivation, energy, and accountability of training alongside like-minded women. Our small group sessions are expertly programmed and coached to deliver personalised progress, support, and results, making them the smarter, more empowering way to train.

Change is why we’re all here. We make it happen through consistent training with realistic goals – and by keeping you on track.

Our training and knowledge means we can safely coach you through injury, rehabilitation, pregnancy, post-partum and menopause. Every session is adapted to wherever you are in your journey, making our small group session accessible to everyone.
