With in-person personal training, easy to apply nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and genuine support, you’ll finally get the tools, structure, and coaching you need to be fitter, healthier and happier for life.

What’s included…

Our proven personal training system is created exclusively for women, and has been designed to ensure you stick to the program and even works for those who hate going to the gym.

Flexibility and choice to fit your training around your work and home life.

From our signature Small Group PT sessions with a strength focus, to our Core, Sweat and ChickBoxing classes, our dynamic training will keep you energised, motivated and on track.

A flexible approach, providing you with nutrition fundamentals and our printed ChickBox Nutrition Guide, and practical online nutrition lessons, so you can gain results without restriction, and approach nutrition in a more sustainable and compassionate way.

Gain access to our Members’ Hub, where we’ll guide you through the programme every step of the way. From getting you set up for success in your first week, to providing clear, useful, and easily digestible content, we’ll help you bring clarity to your journey and block out the noise of conflicting advice.

Meet with a coach for a 30 minute introduction session, before you begin your journey. We’ll get to know you and your goals for the 6-weeks.

You’ll also step onto our cutting edge ACCUNIQ body composition analyser, to get to know your body better, focusing on the health markers that matter. A great tool to track your progress and celebrate your results!

We don’t believe in a one-size fits all approach.

What if I've never exercised before or not in a long while?

No problem at all, we’ll ease you in at a pace that feels right for you. We’ve supported hundreds of women who had never set foot in a gym before, helping them feel fitter, stronger, and more confident. Whether you’re brand new or coming back after a break, you’ll feel supported every step of the way.

What if I have existing injuries/pains?

Your programme will be tailored to suit your body and your needs. Many women join us with aches, pains, or past injuries, and together we focus on moving in ways that feel good and help you rebuild strength. Over time, you’ll find those problem areas becoming stronger and more resilient.

What can I expect after the 6-Week Programme?

In just 6 weeks you’ll feel like the best version of you, and built the foundations to a stronger, fitter, more energised you. You’ll notice your body changing, your confidence growing, and you’ll have more energy to enjoy life, whether that’s running around with the kids, keeping up with a busy workday, or simply feeling great in your own skin.
