We’re known for being strength-focused (and yes, we love lifting weights), but strength comes from a solid foundation.

Our Core Class calls upon the principles of Pilates and pelvic floor work, designed to strengthen those deep, stabilising muscles in the trunk that support every lift, every movement, and every part of daily life.

This session perfectly complements our Small Group Training, improving posture, stability, pelvic health through the life stages in and out of the gym from postpartum to menopause.
