Your questions, answered

When are the sessions?

We offer a wide schedule of sessions, every Monday to Friday, times ranging from 6am up to 7:30pm, plus on Saturday morning from 7am. A selection of LIVE Zoom sessions are available, if you can’t make it to the gym. Pick the sessions that work for you each week.

How much is it?

The experience is £139 for 30 days – this includes an intro session, full movement screening using cutting edge body composition technology, dedicated coaching, weekly large group and small personal training sessions, nutrition coaching, supportive community and accountability to keep you motivated.

Where is your gym?

We’re located on the outskirts of Eastbourne Town Centre, above Phoenix Boxing Gym. Our address is 142 Langley Road, Eastbourne, BN22 8AQ.

When does it start?

Once you’ve completed payment and attended an intro session you can start the program right away. The intro sessions typically run twice per month.

What happens after?

You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that ChickBox isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Your fitness goals are unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.  We’ll coach you to get fitter and stronger over the course of the month.

What if I have any injuries?

No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.
